Customer satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains when and how refunds may be issued.
Service Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a repair, please notify us within 7 days. We will diagnose the issue at no charge and, if the work performed is defective, repair it free of charge or refund the cost of the affected service.
Parts
Defective parts are covered under our 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty. Special-order and electrical parts are non-refundable once installed.
Deposits
Deposits on parts orders are refundable until the part is ordered. Once a special-order part is placed, the deposit is non-refundable.

Contact us at (412) 513-9270 or service@carmsautorepair.com with your invoice number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
