Formal Complaint
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, submit a written complaint to our address with invoice number, vehicle information, and a description of the issue. We will respond in writing within 14 days.
Mediation & Arbitration
Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration takes place in Pennsylvania.
Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, you and we agree that disputes will be resolved individually and not as a class action.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Improper chargebacks may result in collection action.
