Payment Due
Payment in full is due at the time of vehicle pickup unless prior fleet billing terms have been arranged.
Accepted Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, cash, and certified checks. Personal checks are not accepted.
Authorization
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the agreed-upon amount for services rendered. Additional work requires separate authorization.
Late Payments
Balances unpaid after 30 days are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge. Accounts 60+ days past due may be referred to collections, and the customer is responsible for all collection costs.
Disputed Charges
Notify us within 30 days of an invoice to dispute a charge. See our Dispute Resolution Policy.
Estimates vs. Final Bill
Final billing may exceed the written estimate only with prior customer authorization.
