Cancellation Policy

Appointments

You may cancel or reschedule any appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance with no fee. Late cancellations may be subject to a $35 fee to cover bay reservation costs.

No-Shows

Missed appointments without notice may incur a $50 no-show fee charged to the card on file or due at next service.

Work in Progress

If you cancel a repair after work has begun, you are responsible for the cost of labor performed and any non-returnable parts ordered.

Emergency Service

Emergency calls cancelled before dispatch are free. Cancellations after dispatch may be subject to a service-call charge.
